Noticeable results start as early as 2-4 weeks after CoolSculpting Elite, but maximum improvement takes 1-3 months. Treatment time / length and number of sessions vary depending upon individual or targeted area characteristics, overall goals, and number of treatment areas, but generally one to several treatment sessions per area may be recommended.
What is a CoolSculpting Elite Treatment like?
The targeted, unwanted fatty bulge or area is positioned with gentle suction and pressure between two cooling panels and cooled for 30-45 minutes, depending upon your needs.

When can I return to normal activities after CoolSculpting Elite?
After CoolSculpting Elite, most patients are able to resume normal activities and work immediately. Common side effects include minimal or temporary redness, tingling, numbness, or minor bruising.
